- ¼ cup butter
- 3 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 cups icing sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp very hot coffee
- In a large glass microwave safe bowl add the butter and chocolate. Microwave for about 30 seconds and stir well. If all of the chocolate is not melted, microwave in 10 second increments until smooth.
